Glidin' High Sugar Gliders Purchase Contract
(purchaser will be provided with a print ready version of this contract which must be notarized and returned to Glidin' High within 7 days of entering into contract!)
Upon application approval and purchase completion, a signed copy of the contract will be provided to you. No contracts will be put into place without a completed and approved purchase application. All contracts are now required to be notarized by the purchaser!

___ Deposits and payments may be made in the form of Cash,
Paypal, or certified check.
___ A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 25% of the purchase price must be made to hold your glider. I will put a temporary 7 day hold on your chosen glider while awaiting arrival of your deposit. If your deposit has not been received by midnight eastern time on the 7th day, Glidin' High reserves the right to place the glider as available again unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties.
___ Glidin' High is NOT responsible for lost or misdirected payments. Never send cash through the mail!
___ All payments must clear the bank before your glider is to go home.
___ All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE to the purchaser should they decide not to get the glider for any reason.
___ All gliders must be paid in full by the age of 8 weeks unless other arrangements are made! Failure to pay off your glider by that time without a signed payment arrangement will result in forfeit of your deposit and all monies paid and the glider(s) being offered back up for sale!
___ All gliders not picked up by their pickup date will incur a charge of $10 per week. This will not be waived under any circumstances!
Section 2 ~ Guarantee of Health
___ All Glidin' High Sugar Gliders come with a 72-hour health guarantee (counted from midnight of day of arrival.)
In order to qualify for the health guarantee, all conditions below must be met:
___ Gliders must be seen by purchaser's vet within 48 hours of arrival for a health check (or immediately if the glider is showing signs of illness!) All fees, tests, and vet bills are the responsibility of the new owner, unless noted below. If you do not do this, your health guarantee may be considered null and void at Breeder's discretion!
___ If your glider becomes ill within 72 hours of arrival, please notify us IMMEDIATELY! This allows us to make sure there is nothing amiss with our gliders. Should Glidin' High become aware of an illness that originated while in our care, arrangements will be made in writing to rectify the issue.
___ Trauma, stress related illnesses, and bacterial infections related to stress are NOT covered! You are responsible to watch for stressors and stress symptoms. Should symptoms arise, purchaser is responsible to get the glider to a vet immediately. All vet bills incurred for stress related illness are the responsibility of purchaser.
___ This guarantee does not cover accidents, neglect or mistreatment of any kind!
Section 3 ~ Gliders being picked up in person
___ Unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing, all gliders must be picked up within 2 weeks of their date of availability. Should you miss the pickup deadline, Glidin' High reserves the right to place the glider as available again and 100% of the deposit paid by the purchaser shall be retained by Glidin' High. Portions of remaining payments made may also be kept to cover fees incurred by Glidin' High in association with the reselling of the reserved glider.
___ I am available to meet within a reasonable distance from my home. If further than 40 miles round trip, travel fees counted per mile will apply to cover gas and any other expenses.Tolls are an additional cost. Any travel fees will be mutually agreed upon and a signed travel contract will be made.
___ All gliders come home with a pouch, birth certificate, family tree, 72 hour health guarantee and an information packet that includes vet information, general care and diet information. Glidin' High proudly offers lifetime support to you as well!
Section 4 ~ Gliders Being Shipped
___ If Shipping is chosen, all gliders must be 100% paid in full, including shipping fees, no less than 10 days prior to shipping date.
___ Gliders will be shipped via Continental ONLY and to US states that are legal to own gliders only! At this time, Continental does not ship animals out of any airports in WI, making the closest airport to ship out of O'Hare in Chicago. This is 7 hours round trip (380 miles) so travel fees of $100 will apply in addition to shipping and supply costs.
___ Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs including, but not limited to, shipping fee, crate and packaging and vet check to obtain a health certificate. Glidin' High will pay for the 1st $20.00 of the health certificate and fecal exam.
___ Shipping dates when you are available must be sent to me at least 1 week in advance of the intended arrival date so that all needed scheduling can be arranged.
___ All gliders will be shipped inside a pouch in an airline approved crate. Weather restrictions may apply!
Section 5 ~ First Right of Refusal
___ Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find yourself in a position where you are no longer able to care for/keep your glider! We understand things happen and will pass no judgement on you for the decision!
___ Breeder retains the first right of refusal if the glider is not kept by for any reason by the purchaser. In some cases a percentage of the original sales price, less any travel expenses and/or shipping fees, not to exceed 50% may be refunded. If a refund is decided upon, it will be noted in writing and Glidin' High will issue the refund within 90 days of the date refund agreement is signed.
___ Should you find that bringing the glider back to us unmanageable, we will help you find a new qualified home for your glider! Under absolutely NO circumstances should the glider be taken to any animal shelter, rescue or humane society!
Please read the entire contract and initial on the lines before each section saying you agree with the terms of this agreement!
This agreement shall be considered a legally binding contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Wisconsin and in the County of Outagamie.
